After four successful days, Decorex 2017 comes to a close.
With a rich heritage of 40 years, Decorex is internationally renowned for being the destination where interior design professionals discover the finest and most coveted luxury products from new, emerging and established talent.
This year, Decorex returned to Syon Park in full swing with exhibitors from across the globe. From small suppliers to established and renowned brands Decorex saw a fabulous mix of exhibitors coming together.
We asked industry professionals, visitors, and exhibitors about their take on Decorex 2017 and we must say we got exciting responses! Some said they loved the mix of small and big brands, with the newer faces bringing a surprise element to the show.
If you visited this year, you couldn’t have missed the lighting and hardware exhibitors who were also in plenty with stunning pieces of work. The cutting-edge designs, far from the goody and bright colours, mixed with florals and pastels also added to the already beautiful aesthetic at Decorex.
While all this took place across the show, over at stand A54 we had an exciting competition going on. Seven participants were fighting to win the number one spot at the Mood Board competition. Visitors, professionals, buyers and bloggers who came by over the four days excitedly voted for their favourite mood board.
The Red Carpet Buyer Walkthrough with Simon Hamilton took an interesting twist with bloggers joining in to cover the tour to its full potential. The tour that spanned over two hours gave participants an opportunity to meet suppliers exclusively, learn about the trends and collections for 2017 and an opportunity to network with industry professionals.
Take a look at everything that went down at this elite industry event.
